Our fee includes the full use of the tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and table clothes.
Additional Charges:
- £25.00 required for the use of the cooker, hot box, dishwasher and kitchen facilities
- £25.00 required for the manned bar facilities – see note below for more detail.
Important notes for hirers:
Booking cancellations will be charged at 50% of the hire fee if they are not received more than 7 days before the event to be cancelled.
All electrical and heating units must be switched off on leaving the premises. If left on, the Management Committee reserves the right to invoice the hirer for an extra charge of £20.
Times for setting up MAY be allowed but this will depend on availability and other bookings.

Licenced Bar and Special Events:
We can offer a fully manned licensed bar for £25 per session. A wide range of quality drinks are available at very reasonable prices. If you have specific requirements or you wish to hire the hall for your special day, please contact the Bookings Officer to discuss rates.
