March Update

Dear All, 

February brought snowdrops galore, many different ones, so beautiful.

It also bought a superb brunch, cooked and served by Adrian and Di. Thankyou to such a special team,we are so fortunate to have them on board when they can! The brunch was delicious and we tucked into eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, waffles, black pudding,mushrooms and toast.

Into march we look forward to skittles with a great team led by Vernon to organise us into play and keep the flow going!

April brings the Grand National on sat 5th ! Come along and put your money on the winner!

Enjoy a drink, cobs and cake and a little flutter!

On Thursday 10th April, we welcome Live and Local presenting “The Last Dance Saloon”, a play you will certainly enjoy! The performers are travelling up from Devon, the theatre group are most professional. Please get your tickets soon! and support the Arts in rural communities.

May 8th,brings the anniversary of 80 years of victory after our 2nd world war!, so we suggest that we join the Tenbury Town in celebrations of V.E. day in the park, that evening and the lighting of the beacon.

May 15th brings one of our local shops to provide a fashion show-£6 to include a glass of bubbly, good fun and many bargains.

June 7th/8th brings OPEN GARDENS for our 4th time!

How lovely to wander through the many gardens and flower festival in the church with added attractions, ice cream garden, Prosecco garden, music in the garden, plant sales and art work.

1pm till 5 pm both days. (On the Sunday, there will be the opportunity to use the bus from Tenbury town Transport to get round to several gardens,thhis will function from the village hall  throughout the afternoon.
